A Name the Kids Gave Her
“Mama Ginger” wasn't a name they invented. The neighborhood kids gave it to her after 40 years of baking cookies for them. It stuck. Even people older than her have used it without any prompting. She just has a way of making everyone feel at home.
Before cookies, Tim and Ginger ran Granny's Mini Hut, a beloved Roseburg burger spot. When it was time to turn the page, they leaned into something Ginger had already been perfecting for decades: those same recipes the neighborhood kids grew up eating.
Ginger bakes every batch from scratch. Tim handles packaging and labeling. They skip the big mixers entirely and mix everything by hand, which gives them a feel for the dough that machines simply can't replicate.
